EVO 2025 Lineup Leaked

The lineup of games for Evo 2025 which had been slated to be revealed next week was accidentally revealed due to the thumbnail of the livestream bearing all the games that are to come. 

This means that anyone who wants to can or already knows the games that are going to be on the main stage of the biggest fighting game tournament. 

The games are as follows:

• Street Fighter 6
• Tekken 8
• Guilty Gear -Strive-
• Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising
• UNDER NIGHT IN-BIRTH II Sys:Celes
• Mortal Kombat 1
• Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves
• Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes

Many will be excited with the return of MvC 2 which was a staple at Evo and is considered a classic game. The game has receieved some new life thanks to the release of the MvC fighting collection that was released late last year. There will also be some surprise at Mortal Kombat 1 making it back to the mainstage after a difficult year in which rumors have swirled that the game might already be nearing the end of its lifespan. 

Fatal Fury: City Of The Wolves isn't even out yet, but is slated for release a little earlier in 2025, and it has already been announced that Ken and Chun li from Street Fighter will be guest characters in the game. 

With the cat already out of the back, Team Spooky and Tasty Steve already did a video talking about the games that will be spotlighted. 

While the excitement for the Evo 2025 lineup might be gone, there is still an Evo taking place in France later this year with a lineup that no one knows yet, so there is still something to look forward to.
