Dragon Ball Fighter Z World Tour 20023/24 Details Annouced!

The competition kicks off with Evo in August this year!

Banda Namco announced today the format of the 2023/24 season of the Dragon Ball Fighter Z World Tour. The circuit will kick off in August with Evo 2023. Players competing in tournaments will receive points based on their finishing position, and players who win Power or Power+ tier events will automatically be invited to the finals. The top 4 players from the leaderboard at the end of November will receive invitations.

Evo 2023 will be the first Power+ event of the year, followed up by five already confirmed Power Events:

  • Versus Fighting
  • Rev Major
  • ThunderStruck
  • East Coast Throwdown
  • Thaiger Uppercut

Tenkaichi events, are then the community-run tournaments of the circuit. They will also contribute points to the leaderboard.

The Leaderboard will be calculated using the player's best results from each category.

  • Power+ = Best 1 result
  • Power = Best 2 results
  • Tenkaichi = Best 4 results

Community Tournament Organizers can apply for their events to be given Tenkaichi status provided they happen after August 8th, 2023 and are hosted in Start.gg, Challonge, or Tonamel.
