Cheaters Sue Bandai Namco for Banning Them
The audacity

We're all well aware that Tekken 8 has quite a problem with cheaters, pluggers, and other scum who seemingly suffer no punishment, but the recent tweet from Harada himself sheds some light on what could be the reason behind this.

Then again, if you've been watching the somewhat recent streams regarding the Tekken updates, you recall that Bandai Namco were looking into handling the potential legal issues before they start handing out bans to cheaters. Nevertheless, it's rather outrageous that someone would go against the TOS, cheat in a game, get banned, and then take issue with that, going as far as to file a lawsuit.

This is not typically something we hear about when it comes to bans in video games. Many companies tend to even boast their ban waves, showing off all the rubbish they've tossed out of the game. Hard to say if it's just the case of different legal practices, or Bandai Namco just had an 18-karat run of bad luck to run into these people, but it certainly explains the hesitation on pulling the trigger.
