A new report by Bloomberg suggest it its looking to downsize its gaming department

Bandai Namco is looking to lay off hundreds of employees, as reported by Takashi Mochizuki through Bloomberg. In an article released earlier today, the Japanese publisher is alleged to have been pressuring around 200 of its employees to quit the company by refusing re-assing its employee to new projects. In the same report, Bandai Namco rejects the claim that it is attempting to pressure those employees to resign from the company.

The report comes days after Bandai Namco latest major release, Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero, which has sold over 3 million copies already to overall positive reviews. Nevertheless, earlier in the year, Bandai Namco had already announced the cancellation of various mobile and console projects.
