Arc System Works just announced that the publishing rights for Guilty Gear Strive will be transferred from Bandai Namco to Arc System Works. This applies to the EMEA and Asia regions.

This means that ASW will have full autonomy over sales, promotion, and operational activities for Strive in the affected regions.
