Big Dojo Tier Event in Pakistan may highly influence the outcome of TWT
This weekend, the important Tekken 7 competitions happened all over the world. Some players competed in the Clash of The Olympians in Greece; others travelled to Mexico to participate in Thunderstruck 2023. But there was also another notable Dojo Tier event in Pakistan. The PPG Battle of the Champions Season 3 results may bring up more competition in the TWT ratings. The champion of TWT Finals 2022 and Gamers8 Nations Cup, Atif "Atif Butt" Ijaz, managed to earn 100 pts, and with the new update, he should be included in the top-19 of the global leaderboard, which would allow him to claim a spot in this year finals.
ATIF only finished second in this tournament, but due to the high amount of players (121), it received the highest Dojo Tier status. In the grand final, the Pakistani player lost to his fellow countryman Ahsan Ali.
The top 8 of the tournament are as follows:
- 1st place — Ahsan Ali — $350 and 150 TWT points
- 2nd place — ATIF — $175 and 100 TWT points
- 3rd place — KHAN — $88 and 70 TWT points
- 4th place — Dawood Sikandar — $18 and 45 TWT points
- 5th place — Numar Ch and Awais Honey — $18 and 25 TWT points
- 7th place — Mohsin Shooter and Hafiz Adeel — $18 and 10 TWT points
The top 19 of the TWT global leaderboard get a spot in the Final Tournament, which is scheduled on January 13-14 in New Orleans.
