2XKO Is Getting an Arcade Style Attract Screen

There is a bit of doom and gloom surrounding 2XKO after the recent layoffs that allegedly affected roughly half of the development team, all in the midst of Riot Games publicizing their financial reports from 2024 that showcase record profits.

In spite of this, those who remain at the studio are still working on balance updates, new characters, and nice little update that they recently announced on their official X account.

Starting today, 2XKO will have a much more vibrant opening in the style of arcade cabinet attract modes, a classic element of fighting games that has been getting phased out over the years.

It's a somewhat surprising addition, as in most areas 2XKO is anything but traditional, but it's always nice when your games get a little extra splash of personality like this.
