Black Myth: Wukong
It has been one of the most anticipated action games of the past decade, inspired by Journey to the West. First shown off in 2020, the game's stylish action captured everyone's imagination. Unfortunately, Black Myth: Wukong won't be on Xbox at launch, but at least it's releasing for the vast majority of gamers this year.

Quantic Dream's Spotlight banner is bringing something totally unexpected. Dustborn is a comic-book-inspired road trip adventure game which, if its demo was any indication, is shaping up to be something special.

Concord is definitely one of the biggest games coming out in August, though it doesn't look like most players are interested in it. A live service 5v5 hero shooter isn't what one expects from PlayStation, but there is some familiar PlayStation storytelling under the hood with its weekly cinematics.

World of Warcraft: The War Within
It has been 20 years since World of Warcraft first graced our computer monitors, and it's hard to believe that it's still going. The War Within is WoW's tenth major expansion, expanding on the mechanics introduced in Dragonflight, set in the new realm of Khaz Algar.

Emio – The Smiling Man: Famicom Detective Club
It's not every day that Nintendo teases or releases something specifically for a mature audience. Emio – The Smiling Man is a mystery visual novel set in Japan, and the first Famicom Detective game in over 30 years! Ayumi Tachibana will join the returning protagonist from previous entries as a playable character.

Gundam Breaker 4
A brand-new Gundam Breaker game is bringing over 250 base Gunpla kits with it. Gundam Breaker 4 will also include mechs from The Witch From Mercury and a Diorama to show them off on social media.

Visions of Mana
The Mana series got a shot in the arm with Secret of Mana, and this year's Visions of Mana will, hopefully, propel the franchise's popularity to the stratosphere. The first Mana game in 15 years, the action RPG is set in a fantastical open world populated by wonderfully designed creatures.

Star Wars Outlaws
Star Wars Outlaws is the first proper open-world game set in George Lucas' galaxy far, far away. Unlike most Star Wars games, this time you're playing as Kay Vess, an outlaw not unlike Han Solo.
