Voting Giveaway Official Rules

  1. General Regulations

    1. These Official Rules (from now on referred to as the "Rules") determine the order of the Giveaway (from now on referred to as the "Giveaway") under the main title "Voting".
    2. The Giveaway winners will be determined by the criteria outlined in these Rules. Participation in the Giveaway is free. This Giveaway is not a gambling game and may not be used in any type or form of gambling.

  2. Time and place of the Giveaway

    1. The Giveaway takes place from 10:00:00 a.m. on March 11 EST until 10:00:00 a.m. on April 19, 2021 EST on the Internet at https://dashfight.com (from now on referred to as the "Site") with access from territories of all jurisdictions of the world, except for such US states as Delaware, South Carolina, Montana, Connecticut.

  3. General conditions for the Giveaway participation

    1. Adult legally capable citizens who are 18 years old or older at the time of the Giveaway may participate in the Giveaway, if this is provided for by the legislation of the person's residence (from now on referred to as "the Participants").
      The same Participant can take part in the Giveaway daily.
    2. The following are not recognized as the Participants and do not have the right to participate in the Giveaway:
      1. representatives of the Giveaway Organizer, persons and any other business entities involved in the preparation and/or conduct of the Giveaway;
      2. persons who have not fulfilled the conditions for participation in the Giveaway, who have violated these rules;
      3. minors;
      4. users who have registered on the Site and have voted 1 or more times and deleted their account after the end of prize activation, but until the Winner is announced (until April 19, 2021 EST);
      5. users who have registered on the Site but have not voted from 10:00:00 a.m. on March 11 EST until 10:00:00 a.m. on April 19, 2021 EST;
      6. residents of the following US states: Delaware, South Carolina, Montana, Connecticut.

  4. Participation Rules

    1. To take part in the Giveaway, during the specified period, the Participant has to:

      a) Register on the https://dashfight.com website via e-mail or social networks (Google+, Facebook, Twitch, Discord);

      b) Vote from 10:00:00 a.m. on March 11 EST until 10:00:00 a.m. on April 19, 2021 EST, at least one time.

    2. The provision by the Participant of inaccurate/incorrect data submitted for participation in the Giveaway (if the conditions of the Giveaway stipulate the provision of such information), deprives such a Participant of the right to participate in the Giveaway and releases the Organizer from any obligations to this Participant.
    3. A Participant engaged in an attempt to receive Prizes illegally does not take part in the Giveaway, as a result of a unilateral decision of the Organizer.
    4. In the case the Giveaway Organizer detects illegal actions by any Participant of the Giveaway, including the systematic violation of these Rules, the Organizer has the right to remove the Participant from further participation in the Giveaway. The Organizer reserves the right to determine which actions are violations of these Rules and which reasons are justified.
    5. A Participant of the Giveaway who does not/improperly fulfills the conditions of these Rules loses the right to participate in the Giveaway
    6. Voting Mechanics:

      The page consists of 3 blocks with eSports discipline names and 1 field for filling in additional options in text format.

      In the beginning, users need to be authorized on the https://dashfight.com website via e-mail or social networks (Google+, Facebook, Twitch, Discord).

      General Mechanics:

      • A registered Participant can vote or fill in the text field 1 time per 24 hours;
      • After the vote, the Participant can see the progress bars under the relevant discipline name.

      The Reminders Mechanic:

      • If the Participant does not want to miss the next open voting period, he is required to accept a reminder by push notification proposal;
      • If the Participant does not want to miss results after the voting period, he is required to subscribe to the email reminder.

  5. Prize Pool

    When determining the Winner of the Giveaway:

    $100 Playstation Gift Card

    (from now on each unit of the Prize Pool individually referred to as a “Gift”). Gift replacement, including cash equivalent or any other product and/or service, is not allowed.

  6. Giveaway Winner Determination

    1. Determination of the Giveaway Winner:
      1. The Winner will be announced at 12:00:00 a.m. on April 19, 2021 EST on the https://dashfight.com Site and on DashFight's social networks.
      2. From April 19, 2021 EST, the prize period is not valid anymore and the Voting will not be available to users for the vote.
      3. The Giveaway Winner is determined among the all participants who have fulfilled all the conditions of the Giveaway.
      4. The Giveaway Winner is chosen randomly by random.org from a list of participants who have followed the rules and voted during the prize period.
      5. The Giveaway Winner receives the Gift.
      6. The Giveaway Winner announcement is provided on social networks: Twitter, Facebook.
      7. Winner will receive the Gift within 5 business days from the receipt of instructions from the Organizer by Winner’s email, with which the latter has registered to participate in the Giveaway. If the Winner will not take any action on his part to receive the Gift within 7 calendar days from the date of the Winners’ announcement and receiving an email from the Organizer, the Organizer has the right not to give the Gift to the Winner.
    2. General rules for Giveaway Winner:
      1. If the Giveaway Winner refuses to receive the Gift for any of the reasons that are not dependent on the Giveaway Organizer and/or for any reason cannot receive the Gift, such the Giveaway Winner loses the right to receive the Gift and does not have the right to transfer/assign his right to a third party. In this case, it is considered that he refused the Gift. Any compensation for the value of Gifts to such a Participant is not provided.
      2. In case when the Organizer cancels the status of the Giveaway Participant under the terms of these Rules in relation to the Winner, such a Winner loses the right to receive the Gift.

  7. The procedure and method of informing about the Giveaway Rules and conditions

    1. Information on the Rules and conditions of the Giveaway takes place on the Internet, on the https://dashfight.com Site.
    2. These Rules and conditions of the Giveaway may be replaced and/or supplemented by the Giveaway Organizer throughout the entire period of the Giveaway. Changes and/or additions to these Rules and Conditions of the Giveaway are made by the announcement of a new version of the Rules by the Giveaway Organizer in the same manner as defined to inform about the Rules and conditions of the Giveaway. Such changes and additions come into force from the moment the new edition of the Rules is published on the Giveaway website. So, the Participant has to check these Rules periodically.

  8. Personal Data

    Participating in the Giveaway, a Participant provides the Organizer with certain information. We keep all received information safe.

    For data protection purposes – DashFight, INC., located in 1013 Centre RD STE 403B, Wilmington, DE, USA, is the controller of your information.

    The Organizer collects the information provided directly by the Participant:

    - When creating an account on the Site:

    • First name, optional - last name;
    • E-mail address;
    • Optional - photo (userpic);
    • Optional - Social Networks ID if you register via Google+, Facebook, Twitch, Discord.

    - After creating an account on the Site:

    • Interests;
    • Age;
    • Links to other accounts (e.g. Steam or Discord);
    • Support requests.

    9. Information that we collect automatically:

    In addition to the information that you provide, we can collect some information automatically to optimize your experience when using our product and improve the product itself, including, but not limited to:

    • Device information;
    • Language settings;
    • User Configuration Information;
    • IP addresses;
    • Location data;
    • Cookies;
    • Information about the browser.

  9. Final Provisions

    1. By participating in the Giveaway, all Participants agree to its rules and conditions outlined in these Rules and undertake to comply with them.
    2. In case of situations that allow an ambiguous interpretation of the Rules and/or issues that are not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Giveaway Organizer. Moreover, the decision of the Giveaway Organizer is final and not subject to appeal.
    3. By participating in the Giveaway, the Participant thereby confirms that he has read the Rules of the Giveaway and agrees with its conditions, and also gives his agreement for using his personal data provided by him for the Giveaway Organizer for marketing purposes.
    4. Strict compliance with these Rules and all conditions of the Giveaway, as well as providing all foreseen documents by a Winner, is a necessary condition for receiving the Gift.
    5. From the moment the Gift is handed over to the Winner, the Organizer's obligations under these Rules are considered fulfilled.
    6. The Organizer is not responsible for the accuracy of all data provided by the Participant of the Giveaway.
    7. The Giveaway Organizer is not responsible for the failure to fulfill its obligations under force majeure circumstances such as natural disaster, fire, flooding, military operations of any nature, blockades, significant changes in the legislation in force in the territory of the Giveaway, other circumstances beyond the control of the Giveaway Organizer if these circumstances impede the fulfillment of these obligations.
    8. The Giveaway Organizer reserves the right to:
      1. Terminate participation in the Giveaway for Participants regarding whom there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent actions and/or other violations of the Giveaway Rules and conditions;
      2. Change the conditions, the timing of the Giveaway, the procedure for issuing the Gift;
      3. terminate, suspend, cancel the Giveaway, if for any reason any aspect of the Giveaway cannot be implemented as planned, including the reasons caused by: failure of the Giveaway's website as a result of malware, malfunctioning in communication lines, unauthorized interference with the operation of the Giveaway website, technical malfunctions of the Giveaway website or any reason beyond the control of the Giveaway Organizer and which affects the performance, safety, and the reliability of determining the results and/or the proper conduct of the Giveaway.
