The creative director of the Mortal Kombat series Ed Boon again posted on one of the social networks things that the MK community regarded as hints of the appearance of new characters in the game, in addition to the characters already introduced recently.
It is worth noting that the developer of the game NRS and the copyright holder WB Games did not announce new characters in MK 11 after Rambo, Mileena, and Rain's release.
On Sunday, January 10th, Boon tweeted a video of Jimmy Fallon and Justin Bieber mentioning Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter in a parody.
Now fans of this game, and possibly Justin Bieber, wonder if this could be a hint of the appearance of a famous singer in MK or the release of a new full-fledged game Mortal Kombat vs. Street Fighter.
Of course, none from this tweet may mean anything. However, this does not mean that the assumption is unfounded. Boon is known not only to use twitter to tease fans mysteriously but to treat the press in the same way as the recently banned president.
