Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game is back in the news with a fresh announcement of an upcoming Closed Alpha Playtest. Instead of simply sending out a post about this, they rolled out a whole trailer that shows off a bit of new gameplay footage for Aang, Korra, and Zuko, including what appears to be Korra's super, or at least one of them.

With that said, they don't actually have a date for the playtest right now. All we know is that it's coming soon and will include four playable characters: Aang, Korra, Zuko, and Katara.

Since the game is slated to release in the Summer of 2026, it would make sense to drop the closed playtest sometime in November or December, leaving developers some time to fix any issues and then test them again with a public beta.
