How do you feel about Punk's tier list?

Okay, so this is the old one, but Punk is The Street Fighter player now, just as he was a year ago. Nonetheless, season 5 is now, and I'd like to discuss if the list is still credible. Personally I think that Ryu and Nash have to be put higher up the tier list. Ryu should be A-tier at least with that improved combo and cancel game, and Nash has +3 on Sonic Boom, which opens him up for a very decent combo game.

What do you think of it?

Can we all at least agree that there are some great characters that are simply strong because of their design like Rashid and Akuma, and no matter how they change frame data, they will still be top-tier? I wish the same amount of care would go all the characters, but hey, it is hard as hell developing games already

@Dragonborn, why would they nerf Nash so hard after season 1? Apparently, they are considering to influence the meta and allow other characters to dominate the scene for a while. Moreover, it can instigate players to move from their mains and try other characters out

@tossacoin, Guile, my boy is just massacred now. Why do they even nerf the good characters so bad, when they can just buff the weak ones?

Guile is not S anymore, that is certain. He got 5 extra recovery frames on mid-punch, which everything, but good. More than that, it seemed that they extended his hurtbox in mid punich. I can see him being easily punished on block now, and his overall rushdown ability to decrease

Laura must be elevated to S rank now, that she has a sicker ex-elbow. Great range, functionality for positioning, and easy to confirm into combo afterwards. Laura is great now

@Juan_Aguilera, it worked for M.Bison many times before tho. Plus, Nash has a better defnsive play rn. Just wait for someone skilled to pick him up

Edit: I forgot to add the link, and editing is not working rn, which is stupid, so I'll leave a link to the tier list here

I agree about Ryu, but Nash belongs to the bottom. That he has 3-4 frames of advantage on ONE move will not make up for the weak V-trigger comeback, pathetic anti-airs and slwo speed. He is still a shadow of his former self from Season 1
