A great debate has been unleashed
MultiVersus will finally be released in May this year. As noted in the dev blog last month, the game has seen a number of changes. Today, the Player First Games showcased in a blog one of the biggest changes to the game, its new rollback netcode implementation.
However, even as rollback is a core feature for many fighting games today, some players also pointed out the fact that the games seems overall slower than in previous versions, sparking a debate as to whether or not this was the case and if more changes are needed prior to release.
